HANDLING AND PROCESSING OF FOOD PRODUCTS

    Manual packing line

At the manual packing line, the product is being conveyed to operators on upper belt. Operators then scrapes product into one’s own product buffer. A tray is taken from the automatic fed tray belt and placed onto integrated weight, from where the operator can fill the tray and push filled tray forward onto the filled tray conveyor.

The filled tray conveyor will accumulate 4 trays to release to packing machine at a time. Both lanes are automatically aligned into 1 row. Both lanes share an integrated control for optimum product flow and line efficiency.

Each working station has its own hydraulic platform and share a tray denester with the operator on the next station.
