A Record Breaking PACK EXPO Las Vegas

QUPAQ proudly returned to PACK EXPO Las Vegas with a dedicated booth and live equipment demonstrations, emphasizing our strategic commitment to the North American market. And what a show it was! With more than 30,000 attendees and 20,000 exhibitor personnel for a total of 50,000 packaging and processing professionals in attendance, it was THE biggest show ever in the history of PACK EXPO. And of course, QUPAQ was part of this historical landmark.

Perfect Visual Demonstrations of the INTRAY Smart Tools

With some of our latest processing and automation techniques, QUPAQ stood out in the crowd at the South Upper Hall. Our booth was absolutely buzzing from start to finish, one live demo after another, with visitors crowding around to see the INTRAY Smart Tool, INTRAY Smart Flex Tool and INTRAY Smart Tool Foam in action.

Each INTRAY Smart Tool was customized with a transparent glass surface, allowing visitors to interact directly with the mechanisms via a large display table equipped with handles. This setup made it easy to visualize the internal movements and sparked engaging conversations with partners and customers around tray formats, materials, and automation flexibility. This way we were able to truly show and tell what the fuzz is about.

Live Automation at Work

The INTRAY Smart Tools were not just displayed as product demonstrations, but also in conjunction with one of the best denesters in the North American Market – the INTRAY Smart Buffer – Servo. Here you could truly see the effectiveness in action.

“With our latest innovations, you can now operate a single INTRAY Smart Rack or Smart Buffer and switch between tray formats in under one minute,” explains Stefan Lendzian, Vice President Sales, North and Central America.

The tray stays, the food stays, but the operator’s role evolves. With smarter, easier, safer, and faster Tray Denester and Tray Loaders, operators can now focus on higher-value tasks elsewhere in the facility.

“This flexibility makes QUPAQ the perfect partner for end customers or system integrators who have to work with tray sealers, thermoformers, flow packers or over-wrappers,” Stefan Lendzian continues.

This is true automation at work, improving efficiency and workplace safety while reducing repetitive handling.
