The Smart Buffer Servo Twin delivers all the benefits of the Smart Buffer Servo, only with double the output. Capable of handling up to 2 × 200 trays per minute, it is designed for high-volume production environments where efficiency, automation, and reliability are critical.

Featuring two integrated buffer lanes with independent drives, the system ensures a continuous and precise tray supply while minimizing manual handling. Its flexible configuration allows installation in either a 90° or 180° layout, making it easy to adapt to your production setup. The integrated HMI enables recipe-based control and quick changeovers between tray formats.
