Smart Tool Flex

The Smart Tool Flex is designed to denest trays that do not have a consistent edge that a screw denester can screw in between. Instead it works by clamping the stack, and then clamping the bottom of the lowest tray in the stack and pulling down.

With a capacity of up to 60 trays per minute, the Smart Tool Flex is ideal for handling flat boards or trays made from cardboard, pulp, wood, and other sustainable or unconventional materials. This gives manufacturers greater freedom when choosing packaging types without compromising production efficiency.
