Compared to a normal Smart Tool, the Smart Tool Foam is made to specifically handle foam trays which tend to be more unevenly cut. Depending on the tray type, the custom-made Smart Tool Foam has a denesting capacity of up to 120 trays per minute.
The Smart Tool Foam can easily be changed where production stop to restart takes no more than one minute, keeping the downtime to a limit.
The patented open construction of the Smart Tool Foam allows for thorough cleaning of all parts. Built for real production conditions, the tool combines hygiene, speed, and ergonomic handling, which makes it the core of any efficient denesting setup.
