Belt Tray Turner
The Belt Tray Turner is designed to ensure trays are presented in the correct orientation for downstream processing. Using two parallel belts running at different speeds, it gently and precisely rotates trays, which allows them to be positioned either short-edge or wide-edge leading for seamless integration with the next step in the production line.
As a stand-alone solution, the Belt Tray Turner is easy to integrate into both new and existing production setups. It accommodates a wide range of tray sizes, up to 360 × 360 mm, and can operate at speeds of up to 100 trays per minute, depending on tray size and shape.
Featuring an intelligent electrical control system and a hygienic, low-maintenance design, the Belt Tray Turner delivers reliable performance in demanding production environments.
