The Easy Diverger is a flexible solution designed to maximize the capacity of downstream equipment. By efficiently splitting products from a single lane into two lanes at a capacity up to 140 trays per minute, it helps increase throughput while keeping a controlled production flow. Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into both new and existing production lines.

The Easy Diverger can quickly be configured to operate as a tray turner, allowing trays to be presented either short-side or long-side leading for downstream processing. With a capacity of up to 100 trays per minute, it delivers reliable and precise tray orientation while maintaining a smooth production flow.

With recipe-controlled settings and fast changeovers, it offers two essential functions in one compact machine, and as a result, you can save both space and investment costs while increasing your production flexibility.
