Easy Overpusher
The Easy Overpusher is designed to push trays from one conveyor to another and change the orientation of the tray, so they are presented in the correct direction, either short-edge or wide-edge leading, for seamless integration with the following processing equipment.
Built as a stand-alone machine, the Easy Overpusher fits into both new and existing production lines. It supports a wide range of tray sizes, from very small up to half-gastro (max 325×265 mm), and maintains full control of the pushing process at speeds of up to 90 trays per minute, depending on shape and size.
With its hygienic design, the Easy Overpusher is built for performance with minimal maintenance needs. Its reliable operation and flexible integration help lower operating costs and shorten return on investment, which makes it ideal for high-volume, high-efficiency production environments.
