The Flex Aligner is designed to ensure accurate product positioning before downstream processing. With a capacity of up to 140 products per minute, it automatically aligns and shifts products within +/- 60 mm, which ensures optimal presentation and handling throughout the production line.
The Flex Aligner supports both right- and left-handed configurations and features an adjustable conveyor with up to 20° tilt, which allows it to adapt to different products and production layouts.

The Flex Aligner accurately positions products so they can be loaded into trays correctly while continuously monitoring product specifications.
Combined with the optional reject function, products outside specification can be automatically removed, which ensures a consistent product flow and helps maintain the highest quality standards.
