With a capacity of up to 140 lids per minute, the solution supports efficient, continuous production, while still enabling flexible and efficient handling of changeovers when required.
The platform combines robust mechanics with intelligent automation to deliver consistent lid placement with low operator dependency and minimal operational complexity. It performs equally well in productions with frequent product changes and in long, stable production runs with limited changeovers, where continuous flow, line reliability, and predictable output are key performance drivers.

Automated, recipe‑driven changeover enables fast and repeatable setup when production conditions change, while the stable mechanical design secures consistent performance across shifts during continuous operation.
When required, an optional Flow Stabilizing Infeed Unit can be added to absorb variations in incoming flow and support stable operation and improved line utilization.
As an option, an Outfeed Reject Unit can be included to automatically remove trays with missing or incorrectly applied lids, protecting product quality while maintaining continuous, high‑capacity flow through the line.
