The Easy Loader 135 is an automatic high-speed product-loading system designed for high-volume production, handling up to 135 trays per minute. It forwards portions/products from your portioning system, fills them into trays, and delivers them to your tray sealer.

The Easy Loader 135 combines a hygienic design with a minimal number of moving parts, reducing maintenance requirements and operating costs. It is designed for easy integration into both new and existing production lines, as it delivers consistent performance, reliability, and efficiency in demanding food production environments.

Flexible Product Placement

An optional four-position stop expands the flexibility of the Easy Loader 135, as it allows products to be placed in multiple tray positions and supports a wide variety of tray configurations.

Additionally, the Easy Loader 135 is compatible with our Cleanline, LeanOne, and Smart denesters. This offers exceptional flexibility across a wide range of tray formats and production layouts, where fast tray changeovers in just one minute can help maximize uptime and keep production running smoothly.
