Efficient Manual Packing

Packing Station

The Packing Station enables efficient manual packing while maintaining a steady and controlled tray flow of up to 90 trays per minute. Trays are automatically delivered from QUPAQ denesting buffers, ensuring consistent capacity.

The Packing Station is designed to adapt to individual production needs as it features height-adjustable platforms that can be set to the correct ergonomic working height. This allows operators to pack efficiently and comfortably, which helps to improve productivity and reduce physical strain during manual operations.

The Packing Station is built entirely in stainless steel, and it is therefore made for harsh production environments and frequent industrial cleaning. Its robust and hygienic design ensures durability, easy maintenance, and reliable operation in food processing and packaging applications.
