Step Loader
The Step Loader is designed to automatically denest trays and gently load products directly into them with high precision. Its supports both single-product and multi-product loading patterns, and it offers great flexibility for manufacturers who run a variety of products and tray formats.
Featuring a compact in-line design and a patented step conveyor system, the Step Loader can handle up to 140 products per minute while maintaining accurate product placement. The integrated Smart Buffer Servo ensures precise, fully electrical tray denesting, while advanced sensor technology continuously monitors product positioning throughout the loading process.
